How to read a CBD oil label
- Concentration. 10% in a 10 ml bottle is about 1,000 mg of CBD. Compare price per mg, not per bottle.
- Full spectrum, broad spectrum or isolate. Full spectrum keeps other hemp compounds, including trace THC. Isolate is CBD only.
- Carrier oil. Hemp seed, olive and MCT oil are common. It affects taste more than anything else.
- The lab report. It should confirm the CBD content and show THC within the legal limit for your country.
